What is the unread message section?
When logging in you will see the unread section in the mobile app. This section is there to ensure you dont miss any income messages from the support team. All new messages will also show in the Inbox section.
How to read the new message
Click on the unread message then proceed to chat where you will be taken to the inbox section. The section will be pre-filtered specifically for that chat feed.
This pages is only for mobile app users. Those that have downloaded our app from app stores (IOS and Andriod)
