How to message the support team?

Below will be explain how to reply directly with Celebrate Just Right Support Team regarding a job. 
We strongly advise to chat through the app or via email as each chat feed will be directly related to a job, thus separating all chats and reducing risk of mistakes.

Ways to contact: 
Via mobile app: You can start and continue a chat with Support Team by accessing the "My Jobs" section. Click on the job directly where you find the button which says Chat to Support.

Via email: You can start a chat via email by accessing the job details email. The job details email will contain a link to view the job online. At the bottom of the page it will give you the ability to start a chat with the support team.

However, if you have already started a chat you can reply via any income chat notification email. The notification email will display the last message from the Support team and a link in the email which will take you to a page to send your reply message.
