Why wont the mobile app sign me in?

If you are having problems with the mobile app it could be due to the following things:


1) You are not permitted to login: Some users have not been granted access to our mobile app. If you request access please contact Celebrate Just Right Support

2) Forgot email address: Your email address would be the same email address used when you first signed up unless you instructed us to change the email address. If you are unable to remember your email address contact Celebrate Just Right Support.

3) Forgot password: To reset your password please see here: https://app.celebratejustright.co.uk/reset

4) Error with app: If you are using the mobile app and you think an error is recurring we would recommend uninstalling the app then reinstall the app following these instructions (See here).

5) Page won't load: Due to the nature of our business (adult entertainment) some network providers block our website or you might have child safety turned on, therefore the page will not load. Please contact your network provider or change wifi connection to access the page.
